Four-channel field recording project is engaged in hearing through space and time. Multiple recordings of a single situation may be more confusing rather then revealing new dimensions. However it depands on our hearing experience and practice and also on our willing to discover how deep the perception can be.
Train arrival is recorded by four microphones from various places at the same time. Microphone 1 recorded train interior going from station A to station B. Microphones 2, 3, 4 recorded exteriour of station B where there is an aproaching train going from station A. Microphones 2, 3, 4 are twenty metres distant one from each other. There is a synthesis of space and time in the recorded track.
